INGREDIENTI
Per il piatto:
6 code di gambero;
100g di albume;
200g di cocco disidratato;
80g di farina.
Per la salsa:
Salsa agrodolce piccante;
1 mango;
1 mazzo di coriandolo.
PREPARAZIONE
Per il piatto:
Sgusciate le code del gambero facendo attenzione a lasciare intatta la parte finale. In una ciottola montate gli albumi ma non a neve. Unite le due farine in una ciottola. Passate le code nell’albume e successivamente nelle farine. Friggere le code in olio caldo.
Per la salsa:
Prendete il mango, sbucciatelo ed eliminate il seme. Tagliate la polpa a dadini delle dimensioni di 5 x 5mm. Tritate finemente il coriandolo. Unite la polpa di mango, il coriandolo e la salsa agrodolce piccante.
Infine servite le code accompagnandole con la salsa.
